Terms and Conditions

We inform our customers that the booking service - managed by Resdiary (www.resdiary.com), with the support of the interbank platform Stripe (stripe.com/it) - requires the insertion of a valid credit card number as a guarantee for the booking. Therefore, at the time of booking no amount will be charged and the information will only be retained to confirm the booking.
If the reservation results in a so-called no-show of the interested party, a sum of €35.00 (thirty-five/00 euros) will be charged for each person booked, and an invoice will be issued for the amount charged to the credit card. In the event of cancellation made via the application within 2 hours before, or by telephone at 06.57.56.945 within the arrival time, this sum will not be forfeited and, therefore, no charge will be applied. In the event of a subsequent modification of the reservation, reference is made to the date of the last modification and the contract is considered tacitly renewed under the same conditions.
Sushisen is not responsible for any malfunctions/data losses/security breaches of the third-party proprietary platforms used for the online management of the booking service. We inform our customers that the booking service run - by Resdiary (www.resdiary.com), with the support of the interbank platform Stripe (/it stripe.com) - involves the insertion of a valid credit card number as guarantee the reservation. Therefore, at the time of booking you will not be taken any amount, and the information will be retained only to confirm the reservation.
If the reservation were to result in a “no show” of the person, it will be charged an amount of €35.00 (thirtyfive/00 euros) per person booked, and will be invoiced for the amount charged on credit card. In case of cancellation by Application at least 2 hours before, or by telephone at number +39065756945 before the booking time, this amount will not be forfeited and, therefore, no charge will be applied. In the event of subsequent modification of the reservation refers to the last modification date and the contract is deemed automatically renewed under the same conditions.
Sushisen is not liable for any malfunctions/data loss/security holes of the third-party proprietary platforms used to manage the online booking service.
